Furnish and install five new concrete pads and park benches at locations shown on Figure 2. Replace seven existing park benches on existing concrete pads shown on Figure 2. Work includes all labor, equipment, service and materials required to complete work. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
