THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor to conduct weekly lake water sampling and reporting, and apply up to 3 treatments of EPA-approved copper sulfate algaecide for cyanobacteria control at Tully Lake in Royalston, Massachusetts. The work agreement also includes two additional option years. The Corps will review state permitting requirements for this work. Work includes: A.Weekly Cyanobacteria Monitoring and Reporting B.Algaecide Treatment. 65-acres of cyanobacteria treatment with copper sulfate as recommended from the weekly monitoring results. oTask Option 1 Algaecide Treatment. Additional 65-acres of copper sulfate treatment if cyanobacteria blooms are observed following base treatment, may be exercised. oTask Option 2 Algaecide Treatment. Additional 65-acres of copper sulfate treatment if cyanobacteria blooms are observed following Task Option 1 treatment, may be exercised. C.Report & Submittal Preparation. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
