THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all materials, labor, testing, and equipment for performing all operations necessary to complete the following work: •Provide and install approximately 375 cubic yards of crushed gravel for a 3 inch compacted sub-base on access road 14 feet wide and approximately 3000 feet long. •Provide and install approximately 5300 square yards of new hot mix bituminous concrete pavement (hereinafter "asphalt pavement") on compacted gravel sub-base on the reservoir access road. The access road is 14 feet wide and approximately 3000 feet long with two parking areas 100 feet wide x 45 feet long and 35 feet wide x 27 feet long. Finished surface of asphalt pavement shall match existing drainage patterns. •Provide and install approximately 64 cubic yards of crushed gravel along 6000 linear feet of the newly paved reservoir access road and two parking areas for a 1 foot wide shoulder. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 237310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
