THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, transportation and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at both the Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam Project areas. The Buffumville Lake area includes approximately 4.6 acres of weekly maintenance area, approximately 4.4 acres of bi-weekly maintenance area, approximately 8.2 acres of monthly maintenance area, and an additional 0.35 acres (approximate) of annual mowing area. The Hodges Village Dam area includes approximately 2.3 acres of weekly maintenance area, and approximately 2.8 acres of monthly maintenance area. In addition, both projects include a spring clean-up, a fall clean-up, an annual fertilizer application, and Hodges Village Dam has approximately 0.2 acres of an annual planting maintenance (flower bed mulch and weed removal). The Contractor will supply approximately 10 cubic yards of Brown Mulch for the flower beds. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
