THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately four (4) acres of lawn weekly; mow and trim approximately fourteen and a half (14.5) acres of grass monthly; perform spring and fall cleanup at the project; perform annual brush cutting along the dike toes at Mansfield Hollow Dam. Provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to perform US Army Corps of Engineers boundary marking at Mansfield Hollow Dam which includes: locating, marking, and clearing brush along approximately eight (8) miles of USACE property boundary line. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
