THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary at the Cape Cod Canal to clean four (4) buildings and remove all trash and recycling items from the field office compound year round, remove all trash and recycling items from eight (8) recreation areas seasonally, clean the Sandcatcher recreation area comfort station for a short period seasonally, deep clean the Cape Cod Canal Field Office Ranger Station and Administration building once a year and deep clean the Visitor Center twice a year. All vendors must have an active SAM registration in order to submit a quote. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
