THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to perform the grounds and building, sanitary maintenance services at the East Brimfield Lake Project area. The East Brimfield Lake area includes approximately 6 acres of weekly maintenance area, and approximately 40 acres of annual/field mowing. In addition, the services includes trail edge and internal roadway edge mowing, rototilling, hedge trimming, side arm rotary mowing and minor building maintenance services such as power washing and gutter cleaning. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). All vendors must have an active SAM registration in order to submit a quote. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million.
