THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor to perform the grounds maintenance services at the Westville Lake Project area. Mowing maintenance includes 13 acres of weekly fine lawn area and 3 acres of monthly rough lawn area. Additional services include trail edge and internal roadway edge mowing, field rototilling, building power washing, trash collection, and asphalt cleaning. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). All vendors must have an active SAM registration in order to submit a quote. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.
