THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Chemical Vegetation Control Services as needed for each BPA call under the agreement. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall also have a 12 month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may exceed $25,000 in total cost. In accordance with FAR 13.303-3(a)(2), the Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5 Million. THE INTENT IS TO AWARD MULTIPLE BPAS FROM THIS ONE SOLICITATION. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
