Contractor shall provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) items for modular office furniture, partitions, chairs with incidental installation and removal of current office furniture in accordance with the PD (including the layout) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District Office. Delivery of the furniture along with installation and removal of existing furniture shall be completed by September 24, 2020. Furniture described in the attached Purchase Description (PD) shall be individual standalone products that are made up of independent work surfaces and storage units. Each furniture piece can be easily relocated/adjustable to fit the style of the end user and be assembled to build a system modular office workstation. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform work described according to attached PD.
