Contractor shall provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system modular office furniture, partitions, chairs and install the furniture in accordance with an attachments (see attachment #A-furniture List and attachment #B-Floor Plans) for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District Office. Furniture described below shall be individual standalone products that are made up of independent work surfaces and storage units. Each furniture piece can be easily relocated/adjustable to fit the style of the end user and be assembled to build a system modular office workstation. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform work described in this items description.
