This requirement is to provide upgrade of the video teleconference system in the executive conference room located in building P12600 that will allow web-conference integration using web conference utilities such as Global Video services (GVS), WEBEX and Microsoft Teams for group conferences while retaining its ability to connect to standard video teleconferences and audio conferences. The upgraded system will also be capable of hosting video presentations.
