The requirement is to perform a maintenance assessment and study of CC Humphreys (C4I080), USAG Humphreys, South Korea. The intent of this study is to provide the Government with an inventory of all existing systems, their maintenance plans and a cost estimate that may be used to solicit an eventual total maintenance services contract of this facility. The assessment must identify the systems, determine the maintenance tasks, maintenance schedule, maintenance personnel requirements, and level of maintenance requirements during contingency, and associated costs. The assessment will provide data to support contract requirements for a full maintenance contract of the facility, that may be contracted out. This assessment and study alone should be sufficient to provide the requirements needed to maintain the facility, maintain warranty, and maximize system life, as projected by the respective manufacturers.
