The Government seeks to obtain cost estimating contractors to perform cost estimating work in the Republic of Korea (ROK) Ministry of National Defense (MND) format for ROK In-Kind Program construction contracts as identified in the requirements description in 1.b in the dtraft PWS as attached. The work might also include attending meetings, On-Board Review (OBR) meetings for 90% final cost estimate and 95% Back Check as determined on a project by project basis - see the attached draft PWS for detail.

Contractor shall provide Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) system modular office furniture, partitions, chairs and install the furniture in accordance with layout provided as an attachment (see attachment #A, Floor Plans and Designs) of this PD for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southern Resident Office, Far East District, Daegu, Korea. Furniture described below shall be individual standalone products that are made up of independent work surfaces and storage units. Delivery of the furniture along with installation and removal of existing furniture shall be completed by September 30, 2020. Each furniture piece can be easily relocated/adjustable to fit the style of the end user and be assembled to build a system modular office workstation. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform work described in this PD.
