The Government seeks to obtain cost estimating contractors to perform cost estimating work in the Republic of Korea (ROK) Ministry of National Defense (MND) format for ROK In-Kind Program construction contracts as identified in the requirements description in 1.b in the dtraft PWS as attached. The work might also include attending meetings, On-Board Review (OBR) meetings for 90% final cost estimate and 95% Back Check as determined on a project by project basis - see the attached draft PWS for detail.
