This is a sources sought synopsis only.? The purpose of this sources sought is to grain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification in relation to NAICS 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractor (a small business size standard of $19.0M).? Responses to the sources sought notice will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology.? After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, an RFQ may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov.? Responses to this sources sought shall not be considered a solicitation.? All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought.? The New Hampshire National Guard potentially has a need to perform on-site system checks beginning with a visual walk-through to identify apparent system anomalies. These visual checks include inspection of all CHP Systems components, including dehumidifier, controls, air distribution, adapters, safety devices, exhausting systems, building and power monitoring devices as appropriate.??Please read part five of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a complete description of the project scope. ??????? Responses to this sources sought are due no later than 12:00PM EST on 25 July 2024. ?Please email all responses to casey.a.pridham.mil@army.mil by the due date and time. In responding to this sources sought, interested potential parties shall include: A brief description of how your organization intends to complete the work A description of the labor categories you intend to use and a rough estimate for ??the number of hours each category needs to complete the work A preliminary cost estimate An indication of your business size status and any socio-economic categories you are currently registered under Your cage code Your unique entity ID Telephone responses will not be accepted.? Interested parties shall also submit their responses to the Government no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on 25 March 2024.? This notice is to assist in determining the availability of capable sources via the commercial industry only.? A solicitation is not currently available.? If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties shall respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this sources sought.
