This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-23-Q-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812320 – Drycleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated). This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business size standard of $6.0 million dollars or less, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 1 Nov 2022 at 1600 hrs Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items: The New Hampshire Army National Guard has a requirement to launder approximately 720 regular weight jackets, 480 regular weight trousers, 240 fleece jackets, 180 sleep systems, 240 cold weather jackets, and 240 cold weather trousers per year as descripted on the CLINS below. The quantities described represent annual totals for the duration of the performance period. The Government will likely submit quantities per cleaning instance, and the Government’s intent is for the contractor to invoice according to quantities provided during each cleaning event. CLIN 0001: 720 Regular Weight Jackets shall be laundered in accordance with directions in Section 5.1 of the PWS. (QTY= 1 JOB) (NOTE: Laundering of 720 jackets, throughout the performance period, equals “1 job”) CLIN 0002: 480 Regular Weight Trousers shall be laundered in accordance with directions in Section 5.2 of the PWS. (QTY= 1 JOB) (NOTE: Laundering of 480 trousers, throughout the performance period, equals “1 job”) CLIN 0003: 240 Fleece jackets shall be laundered in accordance with directions in Section 5.3 of the PWS. (QTY= 1 JOB) (NOTE: Laundering of 240 fleece jackets, throughout the performance period, equals “1 job”) CLIN 0004: 180 Sleep systems shall be laundered in accordance with directions in Section 5.4 through 5.4.2 of the PWS. (QTY= 1 JOB) (NOTE: Laundering of 180 laundering of 180 sleep systems, throughout the performance period, equals “1 job”) CLIN 0005: 240 Cold weather jackets shall be laundered in accordance with directions in Section 5.5 of the PWS. Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
