The purpose of the sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification relative to NAICS: 516210 Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and other Media Networks and Content Providers (size standard Software Publishers (size standard $41.5M). Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, an RFQ/RFP may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall not be considered a response to a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. The New Hampshire Army National Guard has a requirement for advertising and marketing services as follows: BASE YEAR CLIN 0001 – Analytical Study as described in para 5.1 of the PWS (POP 1 Apr 23- 15 May 23) (1 JOB) CLIN 0002 – Website Development & Management as described paras 5.2, 5.2.1, and 5.2.2 of the PWS (POP 1 Apr 23 - 31 Mar 24) (12 Months) CLIN 0003 – Purchased Ads. The contractor shall purchase advertisements that can be allocated as directed by NHARNG as described in paragraph 5.5 of the PWS. This will be done a cost-reimbursable basis. Costs shall not exceed $60,000. (POP: 1 Apr 23 - 31 Mar 24) (EA, NTE $60,000) CLIN 0004 – Social Media Support. The Contractor shall provide social media support across multiple platforms as described in para 5.6 of the PWS. (POP: 1 Apr 23 - 31 Mar 24) (12 Months) CLIN 0005 – Email drip campain. If you are a small business and you are an authorized distributor/reseller for the items identified above or an equivalent solution, do you alter; assemble; modify; the items requested in any way? If you do, state how and what is altered; assembled; modified? 7. Please provide general pricing of your products/solution for market research purposes. 8. Please submit your capabilities regarding the salient characteristics being provided and any information pertaining to equal to items to establish capabilities for planning purposes? 9.
