This notice is to synopsize a pre-solicitation notification only. The New Hampshire Army National Guard intends to issue a Solicitation, for a firm fixed priced contract, for Soldier Wellness and Individual Fitness Training. The purpose of this contract is to provide a licensed dietician and a certified strength/fitness trainer that help maintain mission readiness and support overall health of Soldiers and families of the New Hampshire Army National Guard. It is expected that this contract will include a base year and two option years that will last from September 2022 until September 2025 if the base and all options are exercised. Both a wage determination and performance work statement will be incorporated into any formal solicitation and contract. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 713940 (Fitness and Recreational Sports centers)— a small business size standard of $8.0 million. Only vendors who are actively registered in SAM, responsible, and qualified shall be allowed to submit quotes. The solicitation will be issued via internet only on Contract Opportunities via Sam.gov at https://sam.gov. Notification of amendments, should there be any, shall be made via Sam.gov exclusively. Interested parties are responsible for checking the above listed internet address daily for any proposed changes to the solicitation when it issued. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due date and time. The Government anticipates that a solicitation will be issued on, or about, 2 August 2022. Responses will be due on, or about, 2 September 2022 and Government anticipates that final award will be made around 5 september 2022. Interested potential offerors must be registered and current within the System For Award Management (SAM) database in order to be eligible to receive a contract award from the Federal Government.
