The New Hampshire Army National Guard requests quotes for portable toilets and shower services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF22Q0024, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991- Septic Tank and Related Services, a small business size standard of $8 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 08 April 2022 at 4:00 PM EST. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be Fort Drum, on Iraqi Freedom Drive, Fort Drum NY 13603. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH National Guard requires the following Service: CLIN 0001: Portable Toilets, (QTY 33 EA) - Portable single stall chemical toilet CLIN 0002: Shower Trailers, (QTY 2 EA )- Seven stall shower trailer. CLIN 0003: Pump and Restock, (QTY 1 Job) - Pump and cleaning of portable toilets. Restock of toilet paper and fluids. See PWS for restocking schedule. CLIN 0004: Portable Generator, (QTY 1 EA) - Generator with the capability to heat the water for the shower trailers and provide with electricity. CLIN 0005: Delivery, (QTY 1 Job) - Delivery to fort drum locations provided in PWS CLIN 0006: Pickup, (QTY 1 Job) - Pick up from fort drum locations provided in PWS CLIN 0007: Pump Water Fill, ( QTY 1 Job) - Pump and fill of shower trailer water.
