Responses to this synopsis will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published to the general public on Contract Opportunities at https://beta.sam.gov. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred The New Hampshire National Guard is seeking potential sources to provide the following supply item on-site at 106 Brock St Rochester, NH 03867: CLIN 0001: 1EA – Key Electronic Management System 96 key that is compatible with current Government owned KeyPer Add on system. With the following salient characteristics Stand, Touch Screen Interface, User Recognition Camera, Biometric/Fingerprint Log-in,1 Desktop FOB readers. Software that provides: 1. User History 2. Asset/Key History 3. Asset/Keys Out by Days 4. System locks individual keys to unauthorized users 5. Unauthorized Asset/Key removal 6. Daily Transaction Recap 7. Time Limit for Keys Out CLIN 0002: 1EA – Key Electronic Management System 128 key that is compatible with current Government owned KeyPer Add on system. With the following salient characteristics Stand, Touch Screen Interface, User Recognition Camera, Biometric/Fingerprint Log-in,1 Desktop FOB readers. Software that provides: 1. User History 2. Time Limit for Keys Out The Government is seeking tailored capability statements addressing the needs of this effort, with appropriate documentation. Provide in your response: 1. Estimated amount for each CLIN (general pricing) 2. Is there another key system that works with our current KEYper System and will link seamlessly without modification? In responding to this sources sought, please provide a capability statement that details how your company intends to meet the salient characteristics listed in CLINS 0001 and 0002.
