Amendment 01 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W508SA-20-Q-0005, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325612 , with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The New Hampshire National Guard has a requirement for the following item(s): CLIN 0001: Electrostatic Sprayer, 15 EA Description: Portable cart with handle and 4 wheels, Treat up to 300 sq ft per min. With electrode which introduces an attractive charge and atomizes the solution. Ergonomic designed sprayer. Always on sprayer option. Power wrap nozzle with an air compressor with electrical cord. CLIN 0002: Disinfectant Cleaner, 60 EA (1 gallon containers) Description: Disinfectant cleaner that is intended for use in large facilities to kill 99.9% of bacteria, including cold and flue ciruses, MRSA and norovirus in 2 minutes or less. Should have no additional odor and be safe for use for areas where people will work. Should be able to be used in an Electrostatic Sprayer. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; accept other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
