This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-24-Q-0016, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System NAICS code for this procurement is 314999 - All Other Miscellaneous Textile Product Mills, a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is for total small business set-aside. Only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought is to grain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their business size classification in relation to NAICS 314999. Responses to the sources sought notice will be utilized by the Government to determine the appropriate procurement methodology. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, an RFQ may be published on Contracting Opportunities at www.sam.gov. Responses to this sources sought shall not be considered a solicitation. All interested offerors will respond as an interested party to this sources sought. The New Hampshire Army National Guard has a need for four (4) Howitzer Artillery Protective Covers and sixteen (16) HIMAR Protective Covers.
