This opportunity is for an accredited educational institution to provide two senior-level executive seminars on homeland security, including integrated case study development. The contractor must be an accredited degree-granting institution with tenured Ph.D. faculty who have at least 10 years of senior executive teaching experience. The seminars will serve up to 65 participants each, with 40 pre-paid National Guard personnel and 25 paying non-NG attendees. The case study research and development must be completed within 10 to 12 months from award. Performance will take place at off-site brick-and-mortar facilities with specific audio-visual and seating requirements.
