This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for rental of tents, tables and chairs prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912SV-20-R-0013 and this is a request for quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This RFQ is a total small business set aside with the associated NAICS code of 532289 and small business size standard of $8M. Interested vendors must add the applicable NAICS to their System for Award Management (SAM) Representations and Certifications prior to submitting their proposal. Description of the Requirement: Please see attachment 1 for the statement of work. Delivery and set up of the tents, tables and chairs is required no later than 31 July 2020. Removal of the tents, tables and chairs is required on 24 August 2020. Acceptance is FOB point of destination. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
