The Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other associated information for this solicitation will also be available only from the beta.SAM.gov website. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Contractor will provide all labor, supplies, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to provide medical and dental non-clinical case management and administrative care coordinator staffing and provider credentialing services in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement is designed to be flexible and responsive and to meet the ever-evolving needs of the Government. DoDI 6025.19 establishes aggressive quarterly and annual metric goals for the separate IMR elements and for the overall IMR category of Fully Medically Ready (FMR) soldiers. This acquisition is for obtaining non-personal healthcare services to support the conduct of the work described above. All work required shall be in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of the PWS. The main place of performance shall be at the MAARNG Medical Command (MEDCOM) building on Hanscom AFB, MA. Intermittent performance may also be, as required, at MAARNG locations throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract with one (1) 6-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This effort is being solicited as a competitive Certified 8(a) Small Businesses set aside. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No award will be made under this solicitation until certified funds are available. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Codes for this solicitation are 561320 - Temporary Help Services / 561330 - Professional Employer Organizations and the small business size is $30 Million.
