The Massachusetts Army National Guard is conducting Market Research to determine interest and market capability to provide items in accordance with the the following information. The Massachusetts National Guard is looking to conduct a Yellow Ribbon event. The dates are 8 and 9 August in the Greater Boston area. On Saturday, 08 AUG there will be approximately 165 adults and 20 children. On Sunday, 09 AUG there will be appoximately 180 adults and 20 children. Requirement to include meeting space, catered breakfast and lunch both days. Lodging would be required on both 07 - 08 August. Interested and capable firms can respond to this Sources Sought notice with the following information: A statement expressing interest (“Our firm is interested and capable” will suffice); A statement regarding your firm’s SBA Small Business Socio-economic classification (such as women-owned small business, HUBZone Small business, etc); and A statement regarding your firm’s CAGE code and/or DUNS number. If it is determined that there is sufficient interest in this requirement, a solicitation may follow in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Massachusetts National Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program and Child and Youth Program will provide a two-day event to redeploying soldiers and families of the Massachusetts National Guard; Day one consisting of a Military Family Camp with 40 (total participant) slots available for families to attend. Overnight lodging will be provided to the families who are attending the Yellow Ribbon the following day. Lodging must be no more than 2 miles from event location. Day 2: A Yellow Ribbon will be conducted for the returning elements of the Massachusetts National Guard (MANG) and family members of deployed Service Members. THIS IS A 100% HUBZONE SET ASIDE.
