The U.S. Army intends to issue a solicitation for Electrical Power Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The contractor will manage the installation’s high and medium-voltage electrical distribution network, including transformers, substations, and SCADA systems. Responsibilities include full O&M, preventative and corrective maintenance, minor new work, 24/7 emergency response, and calibration of control systems. All work must comply with OEM instructions, NFPA standards, and Unified Facilities Criteria. Performance of services will take place at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
