THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. The purpose of this RFI is to engage with industry early to answer questions, have open discussion, and identify potential vendors based on the below set of draft requirements for commercial internet aboard Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. All vendors who have questions, comments, or are interested in performing the work specified in the attached document should submit a statement to The Regional Contracting Office – Balkans at usarmy.bondsteel.21-tsc.list.rco-balkans@army.mil Please include the title “W564KV Commercial Internet” in the subject line and include the following information: Company Name and Address: CAGE Code: DUNS Number: Point of Contact: Telephone Number, Fax Number, and Email Address: Vendors interested in contracting with the US Government are required to be registered in SAM prior to contract award. For assistance registering in SAM, please contact Mr. Kushtrim, Beqiri at kushtrim.beqiri5.fn@army.mil . Establish and maintain commercial internet service on a 24/7 basis, “secure/password protected” Wi-Fi Access Point/Hotspots, support 200 Mb/s DOWN and 100 Mb/s UP with no degradation in speed for locations in attachment 2: MWR Community Center/ DFAC/ MWR Fitness Center (3 locations) Establish and maintain unlimited commercial internet services (both wired and wireless) on a 24/7 basis. Ensure each Wi-Fi Access Point/Hotspot can support a minimum of 20 mbps of bandwidth to allow a minimum of 20 users to simultaneously connect to the “password protected” wireless network with no degradation in internet speed. The Contractor shall provide internet for the following offices aboard Camp Bondsteel: BLDG 200; BLDG 2270D; BLDG 2120A; BLDG 2217A; BLDG 120; BLDG 11340D; BLDG 620A (7 locations) Contractors are welcome to provide input or suggestions on alternative or innovative means of providing internet services across multiple locations on Camp Bondsteel.
