The Contractor shall perform custodial services at the Standalone facility located at 2213 14th St NW Suite B, Washington, DC, 20008. The work and frequency are defined in the Work Capability Levels table located in the Technical Exhibit (TEs). These works include, but are not limited to, the following: cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas; removing trash; cleaning windows and service areas; vacuuming and spot cleaning carpet, sweeping and mopping floors, and buffing; dusting and scrubbing walls; cleaning upholstered furniture.
