EXORD 290-25 DCNG Logistics Support Area
The government requires continued operation and sustainment of Logistics Support Area (LSA) Lincoln in Washington, D.C., to support DCNG personnel under EXORD 290-25. Services include troop staging, mission preparation, feeding, hygiene, administrative coordination, and general support for daily throughput of Guardsmen. The contractor must maintain uninterrupted access to temporary facilities, utilities, sanitation, logistics consumables, waste removal, lighting, safety infrastructure, and related sustainment functions. A site walk-through will be conducted on June 11, 2026, from 13:00-15:30 EST. All questions must be submitted by June 12, 2026, at 13:00 EST.
