The government requires a contractor to provide event space, meals, and lodging for a Military Family Readiness Workshop within 25 miles of the DC Armory in Washington, D.C. The event requires a single general session room with specific A/V equipment and on-site technician support, as well as breakout rooms, all with round table seating and standard WiFi. All meeting space, lodging, and meals must be contained within the same property, which cannot be a casino, motel, or hotel-casino. Setup access for the contractor is limited to a window ending at 1600 on May 15th, with on-site support personnel permitted but required to check in. The requirement includes providing buffet-style meals with vegetarian options, beverages throughout the event, service staff, and a firm minimum of 100 on-site parking spaces at no charge.
