The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is assessing interest in leasing Class A/B office space of at least 77,000 contiguous rentable square feet within a 10-mile radius of its current office at the Robert A. Young Federal Building in Saint Louis, Missouri. The space must be fully serviced and located in a building that can be customized or built to suit the government’s needs and force protection requirements.
