Description: The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District (USACE-LRL) is in the beta testing phase to determine interest in the leasing and availability of Class A/B office space containing a minimum of 150K rentable square feet (contiguous) in the Central Business District of Louisville, Kentucky. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can either be customized or built to suit the Governments needs and force protection security requirements.
