The United States Army Corps of Engineers is advertising to lease 15,000-25,000 SF HEATED WAREHOUSE SPACE with roller door access, storage racks for stacked storage capability and use of forklifts, for a period not to exceed 5-years, commencing upon execution of the lease agreement. Facility should be located within a 30 minute commute from 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY 14424-1159.
