The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is seeking qualifications for construction of an Equipment Concentration Site at Fort Carson, Colorado, using a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). The project is authorized under 10 U.S.C. 2808a for facility construction or repair. The selected general contractor will participate during the design phase, providing constructability, operability, cost, and value engineering feedback to the designer of record and the government.
