The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 6,569 usable square feet of commercial retail space within a ¼-mile radius of Union Square Shopping Center, 3863 Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17109. The space must include a secondary egress and adequate parking for about 10 Government vehicles during the day and overnight, and must use the Government Lease.
