Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District is seeking a design-build contractor for maintenance and repair of a single-story Vehicle Maintenance Shop at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Burlington, New Jersey. The project aims to repair failing facility components, extend the building’s economic life by 25 years, and includes HVAC and electrical repairs, interior reconfiguration, lighting upgrades, fire alarm and suppression installation, roof replacement, and life safety/antiterrorism compliance. This will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside firm-fixed-price contract under NAICS 236220, using a two-phase best-value tradeoff selection process. The construction magnitude is estimated between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000, with a contract duration of 1,095 calendar days from notice to proceed. The government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to hold them if needed.
