Design/Build Maintenance and Repair Army Reserve (MRAR), Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA), JBMDL, NJ
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District will solicit a firm-fixed-price, 100% small business set-aside design-build contract for maintenance and repair of a single-story AMSA facility at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Work includes HVAC/electrical repairs, interior reconfiguration, lighting, fire alarm/suppression, roof replacement, exterior structural repairs, and life safety/antiterrorism upgrades. The contract performance period is 1,095 calendar days from notice to proceed, and the construction magnitude is estimated between $10 million and $25 million. This is a two-phase best-value tradeoff procurement; Phase I evaluates past performance and technical approach, with about five offerors advancing to Phase II for design narrative, management plan, and price. No discussions are anticipated unless
