The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District plans to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the maintenance and repair of a two-story Armed Forces Reserve Center in Charleston (Cross Lanes), West Virginia. The project involves modernizing an approximately 56,520 square foot facility, including a new elevator, windows, doors, complete HVAC/electrical/plumbing/telecom replacement, and interior improvements, along with site work and security measures. This will be a full-and-open, two-phase design-build procurement using a best-value tradeoff process, with a small business subcontracting plan required. The contract performance period is 1,200 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
