This project is for the design and construction of a 180,000 SF small arms ammunition magazine and surveillance workshop at the Bluegrass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky. The contract duration is 912 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the construction magnitude is anticipated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000, with the Government expecting the higher end of that range. It will be a two-phase, best-value design/build procurement, resulting in a single firm-fixed-price contract.
