Pre-Solicitation Notice: ERCIP Lake City Army Ammunition Plant Microgrid and Combined Heat and Power
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District seeks a contractor for the design and construction of a 15 MW combined heat and power microgrid at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant. The project includes installing turbines, electrical distribution, microgrid controls, and connections to existing utility infrastructure. The contract duration is 1,014 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and the construction magnitude is anticipated to be at the upper end of the $25 million to $100 million range. The procurement is unrestricted and full and open, with proposals evaluated on a best-value trade-off basis. Performance will occur at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant.
