Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13)

This is a construction MATOC set aside 100% for HUBZone businesses to support military construction projects primarily within the Louisville District military mission boundary. The total available capacity for the contract is $200,000,000, with a maximum limit of $15,000,000 per individual task order. Each award will have a five-year base period of performance with one six-month option to extend. The work will support U.S. Army, Air Force, and their Reserve components within the district's area of responsibility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District intends to award up to seven Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contracts for design-build and design-bid-build construction, renovation, and support services for military projects within its area of responsibility. This is a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside with a total contract capacity not-to-exceed $200,000,000, and individual task orders are anticipated to range from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Performance will be for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and their Reserve programs within the Louisville District's geographic area. The procurement will use a two-phase, best-value trade-off selection process, and the government intends to award without discussions. Each awarded contract will have a five-year ordering period with a possible six-month extension.
