The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District intends to award up to seven Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contracts for design-build and design-bid-build construction, renovation, and support services for military projects within its area of responsibility. This is a 100% HUBZone Small Business set-aside with a total contract capacity not-to-exceed $200,000,000, and individual task orders are anticipated to range from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Performance will be for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and their Reserve programs within the Louisville District's geographic area.
