This is a Request for Quote to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement pool for asphalt services in the Green River Lake Area of Kentucky. The pricing for a provided sample project will be used to select up to four contractors based on lowest price. Contractors must be located within 125 miles of the Nolin River Lake Office in Bee Spring, KY, to be eligible. Future projects will be competed exclusively among the selected pool, with individual task orders awarded to the lowest bidder.
