The project involves spreading #57 crushed limestone gravel at a depth of at least 2 inches and no more than 3 inches, uniformly leveling it and filling potholes/drivots on Caesar Creek Lake Dike A access road (approximately 50,000 sq ft, base contract) and Dike B access road (approximately 33,000 sq ft, Option 1). Work will be performed at Caesar Creek Lake, 4020 N. Clarksville Rd., Waynesville, OH, with the contractor providing all materials, equipment, PPE, and labor. The estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000, and the procurement is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS 237310. Only a payment bond or irrevocable letter of credit is required in lieu of performance and payment bonds. Under Amendment 0001, the government will prepare the site by mechanically grading and leveling the Dike A and Dike B access roads prior to contractor work commencing, and the revised SOW replaces the prior version.
