All labor, materials, and equipment are included, with strict compliance to specifications. A site visit is scheduled for 10 September and is highly encouraged. Work must begin within 30 days of Notice to Proceed and has a 365-business-day period of performance. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside with award based on lowest price; bid/payment bonds and EFT are required.
