SDVOSB Military Construction MATOC
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District intends to award up to seven Firm-Fixed-Price MATOC contracts for Design-Bid-Build military construction and renovation, with a total contract capacity of $160 million. This is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The contract has a five-year base period with a possible six-month extension, and services will be performed within the Louisville District's Area of Responsibility. The government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about June 13, 2025, and intends to award contracts using a best-value tradeoff process without discussions. Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Technical Approach, and Price.
