All purchased materials shall adhere to the Build America Buy America Act. Contractor shall have three years? experience in roof repair and be classified as a small business. Amendment 0001 - 8/20/2025 - THE SCOPE OF WORK HAS BEEN REPLACED IN IT'S ENTIRETY. WAGE DETERMINATIONS HAVE BEEN REPLACED IN IT'S ENTIRETY.
