This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for overhead crane repair service at Bookville Lake in Brookvill, IN. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary in order to complete the repairs listed on the price breakout schedule, on ABELL-HOWE, Serial No. MC 66 763, 7.5-ton bridge crane.Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications, drawings, and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. All work will be completed within 60 calendar days after award date. Included with this solicitation are numbered attachments that correspond to the exhibit table within the solicitation. Please review all attachments for additional information about the scope of work, how to submit questions related to this solicitation to the Government through ProjNet, and how to submit your quotes before the deadline on 24 March 2025 at 2 PM EST. Please fill out the separate Price Breakout Schedule (PBS) and include the PBS with your quote.
