Barren River Lake Cleaning Services IDIQ One Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be made from this Solicitation. For the base period, the Government obligates itself to obtain not less than $7,000.00 in services. The Minimum Guarantee is $7,000.00 for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised. Task Orders will be issued against the IDIQ contract with the specific tasks and quantities of the services to be provided. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Method of payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements and the Quote will be rejected. The Base Year will be from 1 March 2025 through 28 February 2026. This solicitation contains an option clause to allow the Government to extend the awarded contract for up to four (4) additional one-year periods. -Option Year 1: 01 March 2026 through 29 February 2027 - Option Year 2: 01 March 2027 through 29 February 2028 - Option Year 3: 01 March 2028 through 28 February 2029 - Option Year 4: 01 March 2029 through 29 February 2030 Technical questions pertaining to this project shall be posted to ProjNet per the instructions incorporated into the solicitation. Contractors are NOT to contact the TPOCs listed until an award has been made. All questions must be submitted via ProjNet at least 5 days prior to solicitation due date.
