SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove the existing siding, trim, soffit, fascia, aluminum gutters and associated hardware, and replace with new corrugated metal siding, trim, soffit, fascia, aluminum gutter and associated hardware on the 95'6" x 30'6"/40'6" x 11'/13' Out Barn at Clarence J. Brown Lake in Springfield, OH in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to reside the Clarence J. Brown Out Barn. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. One award will be made from this Solicitation. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the Quote. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered a material deviation from the requirements and the Quote will be rejected. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. A site visit is recommended for the contractor to review the complexities of the work sites, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements.
