The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be issuing a sole source procurement for additional Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for the renovation and addition to the B704 at Homestead ARB, FL. USACE will purchase the FF&E directly through the General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract through the GSA platform and intend to include the following sole source requirement: Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E): The following brand name manufacturer was used for the Government's basis of design and identical products must be used. Brand Name Sole Source - Please refer to Attachment 1 which includes a complete list of items described with a brand name or equal product description. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 11:00 AM ET on 04 September 2024 to jordan.t.waterbury@usace.army.mil.
